Integration Lab Privacy Policy
Motion Unlimited, Inc. dba ISAACOSBORNE.COM · Effective September 20, 2026
Integration Lab ("the app") is an iOS application built for movement and posture professionals to record and compare client progress photos and videos. It is developed and published by Motion Unlimited, Inc., a California corporation doing business as ISAACOSBORNE.COM ("we," "us," "our"). We designed the app so that your data stays in your hands. This policy explains what the app stores, what it does not do, and how the Integration Lab landing page on isaacosborne.com handles your email address. Use of the rest of isaacosborne.com is governed by our general Privacy Policy.
The short version
Integration Lab stores your clients' records, photos, and videos on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own private iCloud account. We do not operate a server, we cannot access that data, and the app contains no analytics or tracking. The only personal information we ever receive from you is an email address if you choose to give us one on the landing page, and the anonymized subscription records that Apple shares with developers.
What the app stores
The app lets you create client records (name, notes), dated sessions, photos, videos, and drawn annotations (plumb lines, level lines, and freehand marks). This information is stored:
- On your device, and
- In your own private iCloud account (Apple CloudKit), only if you turn on iCloud sync in the app's Settings, so your data can appear on your other devices. This is your iCloud storage, not ours, and it is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, receive, sell, or have access to your client data. It is never sent to our servers; we don't operate any. We have no technical means of viewing, retrieving, or recovering it.
- The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. If you have opted in to sharing diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may send us aggregated crash reports; these do not include client data or identify you to us.
- The app does not require a separate Integration Lab account or sign-up.
Device permissions
- Camera and microphone — used only to capture photos and videos into the app.
- Photo library — used only to import media you choose into a session, and to save media back to your library if you ask.
- Face ID / Touch ID — used only to lock and unlock the app on your device. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by Apple's system; we never see or store your biometric data.
The app does not access your contacts, location, or any other data, and does not use these permissions for any purpose other than the feature you are using at the time.
Your responsibilities as a practitioner
Because Integration Lab is used to photograph and record other people (your clients), you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required, for storing the data in accordance with the laws and professional regulations that apply to you (for example, regarding health information and personal images), and for securing the device and Apple ID on which it lives. Integration Lab does not transmit client data to us, and we do not act as a business associate or data processor for your practice. You control this data and can delete any client, session, or media item from within the app at any time.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID. Apple processes your payment; we never receive your card or bank details. Apple provides developers with transaction records that do not identify you personally. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under its App Store terms.
The landing page and email
If you submit your email address on the Integration Lab landing page, we use it to send updates about the app, including availability, releases, and pricing. The form and mailing list are hosted by Kajabi. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will delete your address on request. We do not sell or share email addresses.
Children
The app is intended for professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you photograph a minor as part of your practice, you are responsible for obtaining consent from their parent or guardian.
Data retention and deletion
Your data remains until you delete it. Deleting an item in the app removes it from your device and, if iCloud sync is on, from your iCloud on the next sync. Deleting the app removes its local data; data in your iCloud can be managed in Settings › Apple ID › iCloud › Manage Storage.
California residents
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may ask what information we hold about them (limited to any email address provided on the landing page) and request its deletion by contacting us below.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes affecting the app will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
